Celebrating innovative and passionate entrepreneurs in Singapore
minations are now open for the 23rd annual EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards in Singapore, which will run until April 5, 2024. This prestigious awards program recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate innovative approaches to business and a commitment to creating positive change.
The nominees will be evaluated by an independent panel of judges based on four key criteria: entrepreneurial spirit, growth, purpose, and impact. Those who excel in these areas will be celebrated with award titles that reflect their achievements. The highest-ranked entrepreneur across all criteria will be named EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 for Singapore and will represent the country at the EY World Entrepreneur of the Year awards next year.
The theme for this year’s awards, “The Art of Entrepreneurship,” emphasizes the creative and passionate nature of successful entrepreneurs. According to Liew Nam Soon, Singapore Country Managing Partner and EY Asean Regional Managing Partner, the theme honors entrepreneurs who combine passion, determination, and skill to address complex challenges and contribute to a better working world.
Entrepreneurs eligible for nomination must be either owners or managers primarily responsible for the recent performance of a privately held Singapore-based company that has been operating for at least two years, or founders of listed Singapore-based companies who remain active in senior management roles.
