The technology sector in Brazil continues to attract the attention of international investors. This time, a company founded in Anápolis was acquired by a British group based in Singapore, solidifying its growth in the global market.
The company, created by Gabriel Matheus de Andrade Pereira, has stood out in developing solutions focused on marketing and communication, enabling brands and consumers to connect more effectively. The acquisition is part of a broader strategy, which also includes the incorporation of two other Brazilian companies: TechNova and AIConnect.
The British group is known for its work in artificial intelligence, marketing, and technology and already conducts campaigns for major players such as John Deere and Philips.
Fernando Linhares of AIConnect highlights that this move represents an opportunity to “expand the global reach of Brazilian innovation.” Meanwhile, Marcos Oliveira of TechNova states that the fund’s support is a game-changer: “a turning point to reach strategic markets and enhance the developed technology.”
Now, Gabriel Matheus will lead the innovation sector of the three companies and sees this moment as an important milestone in his journey: “This is a transformative opportunity to explore new markets and expand our global vision, especially with Singapore emerging as one of the most promising hubs for technology and innovation.”
The investment will bring a significant boost to the company, which plans to accelerate projects, expand its presence in Brazil, and grow its international operations. The city of Anápolis, where it all began, now stands out as a cradle of innovation in the technology sector.
